Mixing Weighing Configuration

The distribution hoppers of 32 scales for 4 kinds of materials were 7 (± 2G), 7 (± 2G), 7 (± 2G) and 8 (±1.5g). 8 hoppers are used as the main materials for the main materials to automatically compensate the weighing accuracy errors of other formulas and ensure the total weight accuracy within ±1.5g. The other three materials were distributed in 7 hoppers with an accuracy of ± 2G. The weighing precision of formula is well controlled.
The distribution hoppers of 32 scales with 3 pieces of material are 1 hopper (±0), 1 hopper (±0) and 1 hopper (±0). Each material is assigned to a hopper and is fed by counting vibration rotating feeder with high precision (weight accuracy is not considered).
